LASPNET with support from the Democratic Governance Facility (DGF) is implementing a project to monitor both good practices and corruption incidences in three piloted justice institutions of Uganda Police Force (UPF), Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) and Judiciary. The project commenced in July 2016 and its overall project objective is to support implementation of the JLOS Anti-Corruption Strategy. The specific objectives include;

To monitor both good practices and corruption in the JLOS institutions for documentation and policy reform;

ii. To support the implementation of the JLOS Anti-Corruption Strategy through popularizing it;

iii. To empower the public on how to report incidences of corruption within JLOS institutions;

iv. To engage stakeholders in the justice system to create strong forces to fight corruption.

In order to complement the whistleblowing initiative, LASPNET received funding from the US Embassy in October 2017 to support the youth to report corruption in the justice system. The overall objective of this project is to strengthen youth participation in promoting Transparency and Accountability.
