PLA is an NGO that promotes and protects the rights of vulnerable and marginalized workers through empowerment
of communities and individuals, action oriented research, policy dialogue, and legal aid in Uganda.

• Low income earners (below 150,000 Uganda Shillings per month/USD 75)
